Adoption Event at the Dragon Boat Festival

The HEART will be taking adoptable dogs to the festival on Saturday, June 16 from 11 AM - 3 PM. HSPC dogs will be wearing Adopt Me vests, and all will be available for on-the-spot adoptions with an approved application.
