Estate Planning Seminar

We are pleased to announce our partnership with Nash Law Firm to offer seminars to educate people who may otherwise not be exposed to the importance of estate planning and how it can relate to our furry family members! Nash Law Firm has a long history of supporting animals, and if you ever visit their office you will likely see a pet or two, including Bear II the pupalegal!

The seminar includes information on avoiding probate; protecting your estate from creditors, government agencies, and family disagreements; and choosing who will make important financial and healthcare decisions for you if you cannot make your own decisions.

Also included will be information regarding four-legged family members and how to ensure they are protected and cared for if something happens to you or you are unable to care for them while living.
