Dear HSPC Supporter,

Though the 2020 Pandemic has changed many things concerning the way we do business, our mission and our traditions are precious even if they require a little adjustment. This November we will host our favorite party of the year with a comfortable twist. The 29th Annual Reigning Cats & Dogs: Pajama Party will be a virtual fundraiser, kicking off on November 7 at 7pm with a Facebook live red carpet event followed by a week-long online auction. You’ll be able to enjoy all the fun at home in your pajamas! You can grab your family and favorite pet and relax enjoying the fun with extra time to bid on the items you love!

 Whether you have been a faithful past sponsor or are someone new with a special place in your heart for rescues, we are requesting you consider a sponsorship for this event to help the animals at the Humane Society. Though our sponsorship opportunities may look different this year, our work and needs remain the same. As always, your donation directly benefits HSPC by funding our Emergency Medical Fund that provides treatment for hundreds of animals like…

Lexi, a puppy born in May at the shelter. Lexi’s mom, Macey, gave birth to 11 puppies at HSPC. Unfortunately, not long after we found ourselves in a battle for their lives as Parvo invaded the shelter. We had so many puppies affected, that we had to create our own Parvo ward. Though an expensive endeavor, we knew we needed to proceed to not only aid these puppies, but puppies affected in the future. Lexi now has the chance to live a full life, filled with love. 

At HSPC this special medical fund supports:

•  Critical animals in our shelter that require care after hours at other facilities
• Animals that need specialty surgery for orthopedic and complex internal issues
• Diagnostic testing and professional consultations beyond the scope of shelter resources
• Treatment for life-threatening illnesses such as Heartworm Disease
• Funding our new Parvo Isolation and Treatment Room

Sponsorship is also a wonderful way for you to promote your business while showing that you are a company or individual that cares about creating a more humane community for pets and people alike.  Depending on your level of support, you can take advantage of event publicity, including promotion to our almost 60,000 social media followers. All sponsorships of $1,000 or more will include space to promote your business, or your pets if you prefer, in our 2021 HSPC wall calendar.

You may also choose to make a donation to our online auction. You donation of a new auction item or service will go a long way toward the success of the evening and to the Emergency Medical Fund that provides treatment for hundreds of animals. All donations are tax deductible as allowed by law, and this is a wonderful way to promote your business, products, and services. All donations valued at $150 or more will receive a 2021 Humane Society of Pulaski County Wall Calendar as a thanks for your support of our animals!
