Tuesday Update on Lucky Chance: He had his second surgery yesterday and Dr. Medlock and Dr. Howard are very pleased with his progress. His wounds are healing well and he was ready for his carrots this morning! Way to go Lucky Chance, HSPC staff, and Dr. Howard from Arkansas Children’s Hospital!

Abuse Investigation

Shelter Director Kay Simpson is a licensed animal abuse investigator permitted by Arkansas law to investigate and, with the co-operation of law enforcement, rescue animals suffering from alleged neglect, cruelty, or abuse.
